I unplug from the internet for half the morning.
I immerse myself in music, audiobooks and podcasts.
I am mindful of the beauty around me.

I surround myself with good people.
I go outdoors and get some sun.
I nurture my enthusiasm with creative projects.
I pet a dog or cuddle a cat

I smile at anyone who makes eye contact.
I read a physical book.
I take naps.
I treat myself to chocolates.
What do you do to be good to yourself?






Nice one! Wonderful and wholesome it is to care for yourself, not narcissistically but with gentle wisdom and compassion. There is a mindful friendliness that extends from self to others and others to self. One way I care for myself is to breathe—with tender intimate attentiveness, surrendering to the mystery of each nebulous moment. Being nobody, going nowhere, just here now. Sabbe satta sukhita hontu.
